• The Grand Whitestone design is available as both a one-story home (Design #3945) and a two-story home (Design #4762). The one-story version offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a grand master suite on the main level. The two-story version adds a second floor with additional bedrooms, gameroom, and expansion options. Both configurations feature a three-car garage and a substantial rear outdoor living area. The main level of the Grand Whitestone is centered around the expansive family room, which can be enhanced with either an optional barrel ceiling or groin vaulted ceiling. From here, sliding doors can be added to open to the rear outdoor living area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. This space can be further expanded with an optional extended outdoor living addition and also include an optional fireplace. The grand kitchen overlooks the family room and features two large islands, a walk-in pantry, and a coat closet, optional wine room located just off the kitchen corridor, and an optional built-in microwave near the pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen, the grand dining area also offers a wet bar option making it ideal for entertaining. Near the entry, the versatile Lifespace room can serve as a grand living room, private study, or library. The optional wet bar located near the dining area may alternatively be configured as a powder bath or full bath with an optional door leading outside as a pool bath. The utility room offers optional built-in cabinets as well as a optional mud bench near the three-car garage. The owner’s suite is thoughtfully designed with a spa-inspired bath that includes a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities positioned on opposite sides, and a spacious walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are also located on the main level. Bedroom 2 can be a private guest suite and features its own bath, while bedrooms 3 and 4 each have access to their own dedicated baths. Design #4762 adds a second floor with a gameroom, bedroom 5, bath 5, and an optional loft. The home offers a three-car garage and a covered back patio.
