• The Hamptons design is a two-story home available across designs #6408, #6712, and #6968. The plan includes a family room, a formal living room, a home office, and a formal dining room on the main level, along with a porte cochere with a third-car garage. The base plan has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, with the primary suite on the first floor. The main level is thoughtfully designed, beginning with a grand living room with vaulted ceilings. The open-concept kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring a large island, an optional bar countertop, and a large walk-in pantry. For added functionality, an optional prep kitchen and second island are also available. Casual dining is located just off the kitchen, creating an easy, everyday gathering space, while the formal dining room is positioned near the entry corridor and may include an optional fireplace for added elegance. Between the entry and dining areas, a wine cellar or snack bar space offers a striking focal point and can be enhanced with optional cabinetry and a countertop that connects seamlessly to the casual dining area.
