Construction Builders and Managers at Grand Homes are responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day schedule of the construction of our homes
Schedule the sub contractos throughout the entire building process
Approving all sub-contractor invoices and verifying the work has been completed according to the scopes of work
Maintaining the cleanliness of the communities at all times
Recruiting new subcontractors as needed
Addidtional responsibilities are required, which may not be listed here.

Requirements:
Home building experience
Working for a Production Home Builder preferred
Ability to effectively manage sub-contractors
Extensive construction knowledge and OSHA safety requirements
Some college preferred, Construction Management or Construction Science degrees preferred.
